I am a PhD candidate at the University of the West of Scotland working under the supervision of Dr. Andy Miah on a project focusing on “China’s Image in New Media during the Beijing Olympic Games”. I got here after studying and working in Public Relations and strategic communication in Romania, Belgium and the United States and dedicating my research efforts and work to deciphering the internet world and the new media and making them more accessible to communicators and public relations practitioners.
I am also a contributor to PRwave, a dedicated supporter of Mojo-Ad and the European Union Center at the University of Missouri-Columbia in the USA and a Public Relations consultant.
More details about my work and previous academic experience can be found here or on LinkedIn.

hi ana — your life is fascinating.
i didn’t make it to missouri last year — only northwestern. but i have fond memories of loading your bike into the back of the van so you didn’t have to ride home at night.
glad to see you’re doing so well.
cheers, bill
